President & Commercial Lines Agent E-mail Designations: Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter Education: University of South Florida, BA in Accounting Jim started working for Bouslog-Verhille Insurance in 1976.  Jim is a lifelong resident of Marion and has enjoyed raising his family here.  After earning his CPCU designation in 1989 he purchased the business from his father and Bob Verhille in 1992 and the business was renamed to Bouslog Insurance.  Jim is past chair of the Linn-Mar School Foundation, Independent Agents Association, and CPCU Organization. He also served as the chair of MEDCO from 2007-2008, on the YMCA Board, and Library Foundation Board.

David R. Marsden Commercial Lines Agent E-mail Education:  Mount Mercy College BBA in Management/Finance Dave joined Bouslog Insurance Corporation in 2009 as a Commercial Lines Agent. Dave has over 6 yrs. experience in helping business owners protect what matters most.  With a combination of knowledge, energy, and passion, Dave looks forward to helping you with all your commercial insurance needs. In his spare time, Dave is also an active member of Big Brothers/Big Sisters in Cedar Rapids.

Katie Luehrsmann, C.I.C. She is involved with many different organizations in the community including the Marion Chamber of Commerce, Junior League of Cedar Rapids, Professional Women's Network and is the founder and President of the Linn County LeTip Networking Group.

Vicki Maley Administrative Assistant E-mail Vicki has lived in the Cedar Rapids area since 1967 and is proud to have been in the insurance industry since 1964. Vicki's experience has previously been with companies such as Iowa Mutual Insurance Co. and United Fire & Casualty Co. Vicki also has previous small business agency experience. Barb Winsor Bookkeeping E-mail Education: Des Moines: AIB 1984, Accounting & Computer Programming, Degree/Diploma Barb Winsor joined Bouslog Insurance in early 2008. Barb has been in the accounting field since 1982. She assists the agency staff with their bookkeeping needs and handles the billing needs of the commercial clients.
